Welcome Message

On behalf of the Cardio-Oncology Working Group of the Egyptian Society of Cardiology, the International Cardio-Oncology Society (ICOS), and the Cardiology Department of 57357 Children’s Cancer Hospital, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the Cardio-Oncology Conference 2025, taking place on October 2–3, 2025, at the prestigious Steigenberger Hotel, Cairo.

This year’s conference marks a significant milestone as we proudly launch the first-ever ICOS-affiliated event in Egypt. We are deeply honored to collaborate with ICOS, the world’s largest and most influential professional society dedicated to promoting cardiovascular care in cancer patients. This partnership reflects a shared vision for advancing cardio-oncology on both regional and global levels, and it brings distinguished international attention and expertise to our local medical community.

The conference will bring together an outstanding faculty of international and regional experts to present the latest evidence, clinical practices, and innovations in the field. Sessions will cover a broad spectrum of topics, including the early detection and surveillance of cardiotoxicity, the evolving role of imaging and biomarkers, the management of cardiovascular complications related to immunotherapy, advances in pediatric and adolescent cardio-oncology, and emerging strategies in cardioprotection and survivorship care.

We are excited to host this vibrant exchange of knowledge and collaboration, and we are confident it will enrich clinical practice, foster new research opportunities, and inspire the next generation of cardio-oncology professionals in Egypt and across the region. We look forward to welcoming you to Cairo for two exceptional days of science, dialogue, and global connection.
